How to solve the received gif not animated issue for Verizon users?

1:Please update to the newest fixed version from Play Store.

2: Launch Google "Messenger" on your phone ,disable the "Send Photo faster"  option. 

3: Ask the sender to resend GIFs to you ,check if the issue is resolved ?  If the issue still persists, please contact us at help@handcent.com so that we can help you better.
