go to More>>Theme>>Wallpaper download wallpaper you like go to Mine>>My wallpaper click on Select to use (here change All conversation wallpaper)

go in contact conversation screen click three dot on top right corner >>Personalization>>Background here you can customize certain contact conversation wallpaper.
